Day 32 - Indiana and Ohio
Lucas Oil Field where the colts play in Indiana
I fell in love with this place in Ohio known as Amish country. This sign was at the entrance of Walmart. Hitching rail for the Amish. How cool is that?

After a long drive in the cold we were ready to call it a night. We ended up staying at Hotel Millersburg.
Hotel Millersburg welcomed its first guest in 1847. As one of Ohio's oldest operating hotels.
When you walk through the doors of the Hotel Millersburg, it's as if you pass through a portal into the late 1800s. Period decor is abundant and a feeling of nostalgia greets you as wander through the maze of hallways and rooms.
I asked Hank to see if the hotel had any ghost stories written since it had that old hotel feel to it. And it did. See reviews below. Do we dare stay at the haunted hotel?
Sitting Room
This historic hotel has a handful of ghost legends. According to a report, the hallway sounds noisy even when no one else is staying there, and the lights flash on and off in occupied rooms. Asking the employees about it is a good way to upset them; apparently they're not too fond of the ghost stories. Hank said it reminded him of the movie the Shining.
Trip Advisor's review of the hotel
"Haunted”
I do not believe in places being haunted because I think when a person dies, they are no longer aware of anything and cannot haunt the living, but something was strange about this hotel. The first night we stayed there I had a dream of a man, woman, and their teenage son. The second night, my friend who went to Millersburg with me dreamt about a man and woman and the description he gave of the woman was the same woman I dreamt about. In both our dreams, the people had come into our room. I was also awoken the second night by the bed shaking pretty good. I thought it was an earthquake and laid there for a minute or so when it started shaking again; this time not as hard. I turned the light on and he TV on to see if there were reports of an earthquake, but there weren't. So, even though I do not believe in hauntings, there is something strange that goes on in that hotel. I stayed in room 311.
We made it through the night...ok maybe I slept with the bathroom light on. HA
On the way out of town this is what we saw, Big Foot
