Day 29 - Start of the East Trek
After a week in my home town, it was time to leave. Thanks family for the taking us in and all the good times. Super excited we'll be back for Christmas and New Years.
Now to start our next adventure, on the East side of things.
Our first stop a restaurant that prides itself on making your breakfast with love. Hank and I had to see if they were tell'n the truth.
Not only do they have waffles but their Texas Pecan Waffles too -with cinnamon, powder sugar and pecans (feelin the love here)
Hank got the usual, which the funny thig is, it was called the usual on the menu
Notice the Texas and the Star of Texas that has been pressed into my waffle. What other state has so much pride their waffles show it. Deep in the Heart, that's all I can say!
Quality of Food - 5
Temperature of Food - 5
Entitled to Great Service - 5 (we liked how the large orange juice was actually in a large glass, and of course love me some Texas Waffles)
First time for Hank
Hank's favorite
Yes...this was in Buc-ee's
