Day 1 - No Quiero Queso!

Day 1 - Idaho pick ups and a drive to Salt Lake City.

 

Yay!!!! Super excited that we do not have to get up for work this morning, even though we started at 5 am. I am particularly excited not to have that feeling of having someone watch me my shoulder.

 

 

Our drive into Idaho was beautiful, we were able to drive through, Beaverhead Deerlodge Park. Hank wanted to pull over so we could take some pretty shots in the snow. So glad that he did.

This was my view for most of the morning, simply breath taking.

 

The sunrise was just gorgeous.

Once we got out of the park we were able to see a lot of beautiful fall colors. Something we both wanted to see, since Yellowstone doesn't really participate in fall colors. Our first stop breakfast, something Hank is a big Fan of ;). We aet in an old mining town that was not very big.

 

Ah grease and no EDR food

 I had been craving for two days for one!

 

 

Hank is super tired. His words were, "spent." So we decided to eat at a Mexican restaurant next to our hotel in Salt Lake City.

 

 

 

I asked for Queso and they had no idea what it was. Can Gringos in Texas come any quicker?
